Majestic Studio in Bloom Tower C Perfect for 2

When I moved in during 2023, my first year was good. Things have gone downhill considerably in 2024. The AC still isn’t fully working, and management has known about it for weeks without fixing it. The pool has been shut for nearly a year, with poor excuses and empty promises month after month. The gym has also declined: some equipment is out of order, and access that used to be 24/7 is now limited to set hours. Many tenants’ complaints aren’t taken seriously.

The building feels worn despite being fairly new, and the management is very poor. They apparently can’t pay the chiller fees, so the AC in the apartments doesn’t work, yet residents are still expected to pay the bills. The pools have only just reopened after being closed for a year and two months. The walls are so thin I hear every neighbor. Residents scream outside most nights from 5pm to 8pm, and noise complaints are ignored. You’re only allowed to sit around the pool, nowhere else in the building even though you pay for it. The gym equipment doesn’t work either.

Public areas are very dirty, and common spaces are in terrible shape, with maintenance and repairs apparently neglected. Who is supposed to handle them, including mold removal? There have never been flowers or even grass in the designated spots on the fifth floor near the pool. The women’s sauna doesn’t work, and the pool is still closed. Whenever I ask about it, management says it will open soon, but that promise keeps being repeated. They said safety was the reason for closing it and that money was needed to prepare things. They also claim there’s no money because most owners don’t pay their bills. I’m an owner and pay every bill on time, and I don’t believe that claim is true. Security lets people enter without even asking where they’re going. Management does nothing: when I tried to resolve my problem, they called Security. This is the worst community I’ve lived in. Unfortunately, I can’t sell my apartment because nobody will buy it.

A nightmare. The AC doesn’t fully work and the pool is closed. My unit has mold growing inside the walls, and moths are everywhere because of the damp. Maintenance is poor. I’ve already paid for a full year, or I’d have left long ago. It feels like a rip-off.
