We left without staying and lost our money and time. We were exhausted after traveling from Abu Dhabi without sleep, but the receptionist wouldn’t help us get into a room, even though there were plenty vacant. He told us to wait until 2 pm. We begged him to consider that we were two girls who had come a long way, but he paid no attention. We had booked through agoda, and once he found that out, it felt like he didn’t consider us customers. He asked for 50 more AED for early check-in. That seemed reasonable as a possible company policy, and we were ready to pay. Then he said our friend had booked for us, so he wouldn’t let us in unless the booking name was changed. Agoda didn’t offer that option, and he made no effort to help. One of the worst experiences we’ve had with a receptionist. Worst experience ever.

I planned to stay one night but left after two hours. The rooms don’t even have proper locks, including the washroom. Yes, no locks in the washroom. The staff were completely unprofessional and didn’t care about customers. That goes for the manager as well as reception. One star is too much. Worst hotel ever, stay away.

It’s in an ideal spot in Deira, but the place needs renovation. The rooms are run down, especially the bathrooms, which need some work.

The receptionist made me feel like I shouldn’t have booked here. The staff weren’t friendly at all. A really disappointing experience.

The room had a really bad smell. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Please don’t book this hotel, just saying.
