Marina Arcade Tower

I like this residence. It’s very clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is available 24 hours. Valet parking is really convenient for guests.

There are always 3-4 people in the lobby doing nothing. Why does the building need so many staff there? No other building in Marina, not even EMAAR, or the 5-star hotels in Marina and Palm, has this many people in the lobby. Management won’t install an automatic entrance door and insists on having staff open it, but they just sit behind the desk or look at their phones. What’s the point of all these people? Maybe it’s a way for management to deepen their pockets.

This tower is a hidden gem in Marina. The facilities, staff, maintenance, and security are amazing. The flats have large layouts and suit families well. It’s not overcrowded.

We arrived at 15:00 and finally left at 20:00 because we had to keep waiting. We only had two days in Dubai, and nobody can give us that lost time back. By the end of the stay, we still had no toilet paper or wifi and were living in a mess. I’m asking for my money back because the state of the apartment was really upsetting. Apartment 707, listed as Luxury Fountain-viev 2BR near Marina walk & metro, was a mess when we arrived. The owner was Azhar and Ahmad. There was plaster and bricklayer advice in the living room, and another worker was in the bathroom. I immediately messaged Ahmed to say I didn’t accept the condition of the apartment. The dishwasher smelled, the fridge and freezer were dirty and had leftovers, and there were crumbs everywhere. There were no sheets, a package of feminine hygiene products was by the bed, and there was no toilet paper. The wifi didn’t work, the sink cabinet was clogged, a used wet towel was on the floor, and dirty laundry was in the washing machine. They repeatedly said everything would be cleaned in 10 minutes, but hours passed. The workers picked up a few crumbs with their hands and said it was okay, then were sent away. I messaged Ahmad and Azhar again about the missing sheets and toilet paper. He said a cleaning lady would come with sheets and again said 10 minutes. An hour later, only the two workers arrived with sheets. They said they didn’t have time for anything else.
