This receptionist has no idea how to handle resistance. She takes her family's anger out on other people, stays in her own place, and has an attitude. Very bad service.

I arrived at Vida residence at nine o’clock in the evening. The security lady had no sense of how to speak to people. They don’t know how to talk to anyone. I was engrossed in my mobile phone, and she was giving me attitude.
