The location made this stay for us. Marina Walk is right nearby, with lots of shops, restaurants, and nightlife, and there’s a convenience store just outside the building. Our apartment had a balcony facing part of the marina, a fully equipped kitchen, and enough room for the two of us to relax. The road below was louder than we expected, though. Check-in was easy after a long trip, and we thought the price was reasonable for the location and amenities. We did run into a few hassles: there weren’t many outlets, and the water never got warm enough, so some showers were chilly. Traffic, especially at night, was hectic, but that’s city life in Dubai. We didn’t have any contact with staff during our stay. That was fine for us, though it might matter to someone else. We used Uber, so I can’t say anything about parking. Even with the small issues, we’d stay here again and would recommend it to someone looking for a comfortable, convenient place in Dubai.

I’ve lived in this building for several years and really like it. The pool has a great view and is one of the best in Dubai Marina. JBR beach is close, and the building sits right on the Marina Walk Promenade. Highly recommend it.

You can walk easily to Shobha realty metro station and marina mall, and Marina Walk is also right nearby. The building is well maintained, with a helpful front desk, good reception, a large pool, and elevators that are looked after. The Dubai Marina view is awesome.

Bad management at Marina View towers. There’s no bike parking 😞 😡😡😡😡😡

The marina view is good, and the building itself is okay. My issue is the management’s arbitrary rules for the gym and pool. The gym is off limits from 11 PM until 6 AM, even though it’s not as if they have an employee working in the gym. They’ve also stopped personal trainers from entering, despite them not using any equipment. There was a water outage too, because bills hadn’t been paid. All the residents lost water over a mistake made by a few people.
