Mena Aparthotel Albarsha

The room was comfortable and clean, and housekeeping came each day to clean and change everything. I especially liked the controller pad by the bed, which made it easy to switch the lights and AC on or off. There was a minor issue with the shower, but maintenance sorted it quickly. Everyone, starting at the front desk, was friendly from day one. The hotel is nice and sits conveniently in the center of Barsha. I had a great stay and recommend it 🫶

The people working here were a real highlight. Room service, the chefs, reception, and Jenny at the buffet reception were especially pleasant, and the service was incredible. For what I paid, I can only give it five stars. I wanted a breakfast buffet, a usable gym with different machines, a pool, and a clean room that looked good. Breakfast was incredibly nice each day. The rooftop pool was a little smaller than a large pool and had no deep area, but it was still more than enough for swimming laps. The gym had enough machines for my lifts and enough variety to work all muscle groups.

The Asma Hotel in Dubai is okay, but it needs to do better with cleanliness to meet 4-star standards. There was dust on the tables and lamps, and the tables were visibly dirty when we arrived. Cleaning is done regularly, and bottled water is topped up in the room every day, which is welcome in this heat. Still, the cleaning itself isn’t thorough enough.

The location is handy, close to Mall of the Emirates and other amenities, and the stay was good value for money. My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I had a good stay at Asma Hotel Al Barsha and would recommend it.
