The homes get praise for their modern design, roomy layouts, and natural light. Mirdif Hills has studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus duplexes across three clusters: Janayen Avenue has park views and apartments, Nasayem Avenue is geared toward families, and Al Multaqa Avenue combines commercial spaces with serviced apartments and a hotel. The development is a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational areas near Mushrif Park and Dubai International Airport. It aims to offer a peaceful setting with good connections, and is presented as suitable for families, professionals, and investors. Facilities include pools, equipped gyms, children’s play areas, shops, landscaped gardens, and on-site medical services. There is 24/7 surveillance and concierge service. Millennium Place Hotel sits at the center and provides accommodation for visitors, adding to the area’s activity.

The hills are steep, so they’re great for hiking. I spotted a squirrel, though nobody believes me. If you see one, it isn’t real.

There are plenty of food options and malls close to the hotel, and the location is great. The staff were professional and polite, and cleanliness, room service, and security were all great. I misplaced something during my stay, and the staff and management were very cooperative and understanding while helping me search. They went beyond what I expected, and we found it with their help.

There aren’t enough parking spaces for residents, and there’s an insect problem inside the apartments that hasn’t been fixed. The compound administrators are very bad at listening to owners’ and renters’ concerns or recommendations, and they don’t support efforts to resolve issues raised with them. I wouldn’t recommend buying or renting a property from them.
