Everything is at zero here. Maintenance, the gym, security, facilities, customer service, and the team are all terrible. The worst residential building in Dubai.

The gym equipment is getting damaged because of poor maintenance. Someone needs to take responsibility before people get injured. Tiger tape isn't enough.

A peaceful atmosphere and solid construction make this a great place for families. It’s close to Mushrif Park, with plenty of options for physical activity, and the pool and gym are clean. The building is well managed and maintained. RTA buses run throughout the day, and Radhidiya Metro is five minutes away.

There’s no peace here. The hallways are cluttered with junk, kids are screaming, and the view is trash. The fire alarm has been going off for 10 minutes every few hours. Today it’s gone off three times, and it’s almost midnight while we’re trying to sleep.
