Hotel Fairmont Dubai

The cigar lounge and café were a real highlight, such a relaxing, sophisticated space that made the stay feel even better. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym, a lovely pool, and a sauna. The property feels luxurious, with elegant facilities and attention to detail throughout. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well kept. Staff were professional and attentive, and always willing to help.

We keep returning to Fairmont Dubai because of stays like this, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thanks to the whole team for the hospitality, especially Hope for her outstanding service. We called the hotel directly and got a better rate than the booking apps, plus we were lucky to get a breakfast promotion that was available that day. On arrival, Hope kindly upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. She always goes above and beyond to make our visits memorable.

The room had a great view, and the bedding was very clean. We booked at the last minute and they still found us a room. The lobby looks nice, and the staff were kind and accommodating. The room itself felt dated, with some carpet stains, and the air conditioning smelled dusty enough that I couldn’t breathe comfortably. They fixed those problems, and things were much better afterwards. I have high hygiene standards, so this review may come across as quite critical.

We had a lovely weekend at Fairmont and went for brunch at Pronto! The portions were just right, the food tasted excellent, and it came out fresh and quickly. Big thanks to Phurpi, Gian and Carmie for such top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back.
