The way Amir handled a problem with my room reservation really made my stay in Dubai. He listened patiently, reassured me, and sorted it out quickly with a solution I was very happy with. Amir made arriving and getting settled easy. He was welcoming and attentive, dealt with everything efficiently, and clearly answered all my questions. His friendly approach made the whole process stress-free. It was clear he cares about doing a good job, and I had a really great experience because of him.

The staff were accommodating, and the rooms were quiet and well air-conditioned. The breakfast, though, wasn't a good experience. There was no buffet, and the small serving was just a hot dog, egg, and bread. I wish they'd improve it.

Our stay wasn't pleasant, and the service fell short of what we expected. We'd paid for breakfast, but the hotel said there weren't enough guests to provide the buffet. That was surprising after being told the day before that the hotel was overbooked. I hope management improves the service and guest experience.

The guest reported that the receptionist was unfriendly and did not greet them properly while they were booking. After checking in, they found the room unclean and missing basic items, including tissues, tea, and coffee. Requests for those things were handled very slowly, with staff responding late. They had also asked for a wake-up call at 8:00 PM because of work duties, but no call came. The guest was late for duty as a result, and felt the staff had been negligent and unprofessional.
