MK Residence By Be Our Guest

We booked MK Residence By Azco Holiday Homes for ten days, but couldn’t sleep there even one night because the place was infested with cockroaches. It was disgusting. The parking area was chaotic and unhygienic, looking like it was being used as a kitchen, laundry, or even someone’s living space. The manager didn’t care about our complaints, offered no apology or action, and wouldn’t give us a refund despite the awful conditions. I have photos to prove what happened. Avoid booking here, you’ll regret it.

The apartment was clean, just as pictured, and great value for money. My family and I really appreciated the first class service. We checked in on the 11th of this month for a long stay at MK Residence. April, Denver, and the other reception staff were exceptional, friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help us find solutions. Whenever we passed reception, they greeted us warmly. Alfonso from housekeeping was especially helpful, and every kitchen item we asked for was brought promptly and diligently. Thank you from me and my family. Mr. Mohamed & family

I’ve never felt scammed by a place before in my 20 years, but this was the first. I paid Aed 7300 a month for a furnished 1BHK, then asked for an extra mattress for my child and was told they didn’t have one. Whenever I asked why, the answer was that management wouldn’t allow it. How are two adults and a kid supposed to sleep in a double-size bed in a 1BHK? When I called the manager, he said they didn’t have a mattress and that I should have checked before occupying the unit. 🤣😆😉 Guess what? He’s the CUSTOMER HAPPINESS MANAGER.

The apartment is clean and quiet, with friendly, helpful staff and nice artwork in the hallway. Circle Mall is just a short walk away. A few more basics would make it even better: extra pots, dish soap and a sponge, a bowl, and more than the two plates provided. A lighter would help too, though security brought one when I asked. We also needed a mop or rag for cleaning.
