My cousin stayed here for almost one month and had a terrible experience. She wasn’t given even water, was charged every single day, and got no room service. She says Jalal, the reception guy, entered her room without permission and tried to scare her. He brought a police officer with him, who also entered her room without permission. She went to the police station to report it, and then police came and got her deposit money back from them. Be careful with the reception and manager people. They’ll do anything to get more money from customers, they’re fraud. I went there to help her and they made up a story about one guy coming to meet her. Guys, please be careful of these fraud people.
