I visited to ask about finding an apartment in height 1, but the concierge left a bad impression. He was rude and unprofessional, looking at his phone, maybe playing games, while I waited for him to finish. The place itself is nice, but reception is the first impression of the house, so professional staff with a positive attitude are especially important there.

Really nice team and support, and I've never had any issues or damage with Ellington. The place is amazing and the quality is crazy good. In my opinion, it’s the best investment in JVC.

The staff have been really nice and attentive, and the building is cleverly designed. The quality also seems clearly better than other buildings in this area. Our apartment has lots of storage, which is a must for me. So far, so good, except for the fire alarms going off unexpectedly a few times, at 8pm and 6am. The other alarms were scheduled simulations, which I’m glad they do. Unscheduled ones are frustrating, especially since I work from home and have trouble with sudden loud noises.

I love the rooftop area and the gorgeous views. It’s a beautiful building by the boutique developer Ellington, with nice finishes and good quality.

The price is very attractive for the quality you get. With Ellington group as the developer, I think this is going to be one of the best luxury residences in JVC. They’re one of Dubai’s best private developers.
