Delivery riders have nowhere to park their bikes here. RTA won't let us park outside, and the management won't tell us where we should park either. The security management is poor, and the staff are unprofessional.

Great location, right near the start of JBR, with a great view. The staff are very professional.

Security treated me very badly when I came to deliver food. They wouldn't let me park my bike or use the main lift, saying riders can only take the service lift. That lift is dirty and takes a long time.

The property has a great spot in Marina, a separate entrance, and plenty of parking. But the security and reception team are unhelpful about visitor parking. They often refuse to assist and tell guests to park outside, which is disappointing and discourteous. Visitors deserve respect in any situation.
