The receptionist’s conduct made this one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. My friend came with me and asked to use the washroom in the room I’d booked. Instead of dealing with it politely, the receptionist was harsh and dismissive, and told my friend to use the ladies’ bathroom. I was shocked by how little respect or common sense that showed. A receptionist should welcome guests and help them courteously, but this was the opposite. It also reflects badly on management, since the staff seemed untrained and management appears to allow this treatment. What should have been a comfortable stay was ruined. Management needs to address this and train the staff. I can’t recommend the hotel until guests are treated with respect.

We planned to stay at Naif fort hotel for 15 days, but left on day three because we couldn’t take any more. The bathroom was dirty and covered in mold, the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were stained, and the rug was filthy. The room wasn’t cleaned even after we asked. They ran out of sheets and towels, so we couldn’t change them for three days. There were cockroaches everywhere, too. Staff were rude and ignored requests. I’ll never return, and I don’t recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was full of hair and the bedsheet was really dirty. Such a bad experience. We even asked them to clean everything with colorex, but it was still so dirty.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The location is good too. I’d stayed at Naif Fort Hotel before, and on this visit I noticed a lot of improvement and better management. It was an absolute pleasure.

I told them there was a mouse smell in the room, but they said it was fine as long as it wasn’t visible. I asked to move rooms and left mine, but they wouldn’t give me another one. Looks like I’ll have to spend the night at reception.
