Naif Palace Hotel

The location might be convenient, but cleanliness and upkeep made the stay uncomfortable. The common areas felt neglected and didn’t have a fresh, welcoming feel. Bathrooms and toilets hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the property overall seemed poorly maintained. It needs a lot of work on both hygiene and maintenance.

The room smelled like raw sewage, the sheets were visibly stained, and the towel smelled old and used. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned either, with human waste still in it. From arrival, the receptionist and staff were rude and unprofessional, and seemed to have no idea how to deal with guests or run a decent hotel. Then they charged me for a full extra day because I checked out at 1:50 PM, although checkout was at 1:00 PM. I explained I needed more time to pack, but the receptionist just said “rules are rules” and told me not to come back. I wouldn’t return anyway. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Save your money and stay far away. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

Really good, neat and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is affordable.

The balcony view was pleasant, and the location is excellent, close to the market area. It’s peaceful, reasonably priced, and the service was satisfactory, though cleanliness could be better. I’d say it works for solo business trips, but not for families.
