At Najiba Hotel, I felt my concerns weren’t treated respectfully, which made the stay unpleasant. Customer service was poor, and the reception staff behaved unprofessionally. I hope management works on guest service and staff professionalism.

It felt like being in a warehouse, with all the staff put in the main corridor. The AC didn’t work, the room wasn’t clean, and there was no water. Noise all night.

I didn’t feel respected as a guest. The reception was unprofessional and customer service was poor. A very disappointing experience that needs significant improvement.

Avoid this hotel. My experience at Najiba Hotel was terrible. Customer service felt nonexistent and completely unprofessional. The Bangladeshi receptionist at the front desk was rude and dismissive, with no respect for guests.
