The first room’s toilet was bad, so I changed rooms, but the second one was worse. There were roaches and bed bugs everywhere. When I asked for a solution, he said he’d change the bed while we looked for another room, but I was tired of waiting. The way he handled it made it seem like he didn’t care. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever dealt with.
I booked through oyo, but when I arrived they told me there was no room available. Later, oyo sent me a notification saying I hadn’t checked in. It felt like they had made a fool of me. I wish there were a zero-star option. I’d suggest staying away.
The hotel is so expensive, but the room was dirty and really bad. Poor service, everything was bad. I can’t even explain 😔.
I’ve never dealt with a hotel that handled things this badly. Please don’t recommend it.
There was a problem with the flush, but they fixed it right away. The room was clean, and customer service was excellent and quick.
