If you live here, please check the qibla direction in your apartment. Mine is wrong, so be careful.

We're paying over 30k a year for a place where the elevators are always filthy and barely work. The parking area is constantly dirty and smells awful, and the security guards clearly don't care. The building is in terrible shape, nothing improves, and at this point it feels like a waste of money.

I was waiting for a taxi in the lobby, and the security staff were lazy and lied to residents, making up excuses. The receptionist yells at residents and got nasty with me. The staff here are rude and inefficient. They are typical of their culture types.

It's a good, peaceful community in damack hill, though a little way out from the main city.

The elevators in artesia C are the worst. Every time I use them, the electricity cuts off, and they keep shaking and jerking. Damac hills management doesn't bother fixing them and ignores tenant safety measures. Don't use them.
