The tower is quiet and peaceful, and I’ve lived here for over two years. The gym is good, though it’s often crowded. The grocery shop inside is expensive, and the corridors sometimes smell of food. The pool has been closed for more than a year and a half. Since it’s broken, insects have been coming onto my balcony, so I have to keep the door shut. I was surprised by some of the reviews about security. From living here, I feel the place is secure. The guards are strict about the building rules, and if you don’t follow them, you may end up arguing with security. I haven’t found them rude; I’ve seen people expect them to make exceptions for things that aren’t allowed. If you’re thinking of renting or buying here, ask security about the tower rules first. It may help you decide.

Tenants can feel as if they work for the security team instead of the other way around. The guards have a rude attitude and behave badly toward tenants and guests. Management and the owners’ association need to address this, or the building could end up empty.

The pool area is dirty, partly demolished, and completely unusable. The so-called renovation began sometime in June, but all they seem to have done is remove half the tiles and leave a mess behind. I wouldn’t recommend this building to anyone. The management is terrible.
