2/10
The villa was filthy, with ants and cockroaches inside and an outdoor area too dirty to use. There were other major problems too: after booking and paying through Agoda, I was asked for an undisclosed 2,000 AED deposit, and they tried to deduct money for wall damage their own team had caused. Nobody answered calls or messages, and the phone was switched off until I tracked someone down. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unhygienic. Book elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Check-in went smoothly, but the property had nothing luxurious about it. There wasn’t even a bottle of water or coffee pods. The linen felt cheap, and cleaning was only average. The place wasn’t properly cleaned, and management responded very slowly. I had to chase them before they acted. I won’t use it again.

Beautiful place, and the service was the best. I’m very happy with it.
