Ultimate Luxury at The Address Jumeirah Beach Residence

Everything at Address Beach Resort Dubai was excellent, from the spotless rooms and pools to the food and attentive service. The staff were professional, quick to help, and made the stay easy. Ababil from Housekeeping deserves special thanks for taking such careful care of us. He was consistently helpful and attentive, making sure our needs were handled promptly. I highly recommend the resort and look forward to returning.

The service was outstanding from the welcome by Loreen at check-in through the lobby, restaurants, and housekeeping teams. Address Beach Resort is beautiful, with cozy palm-surrounded pools below and an amazing infinity pool on the 77th floor. We especially enjoyed the signature cocktails at Zeta and the delicious dinners from the Beach Grill team. Pranto from housekeeping also made a lasting impression through his kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests. The whole stay was very enjoyable, and we’d be delighted to come back.

Douglas at Address Beach Resort made a real difference to our visit. He arranged an upgrade from our room to a beautiful suite, which made the stay even more memorable. Throughout our time there, his professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality stood out. He was courteous, helpful, and attentive to every detail, always with a smile. Thank you, Douglas, for making the visit so special. We look forward to returning.

Douglas, the manager, approved our request for a room with a lovely view for our anniversary, and that thoughtful gesture made the stay feel extra special. The staff were warm, welcoming, and family-friendly throughout. Housekeeping was excellent too, with PRANTO keeping the room fresh, clean, and organized while remaining polite and attentive. He was always willing to assist and make us comfortable. We really appreciated the hospitality and service.
