The washroom was small and poorly maintained, and the room’s furniture, lighting, and other amenities were outdated and in bad condition. When I arrived, the room was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. Most concerning, there were bed bugs, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised serious hygiene concerns. The room and facilities need urgent attention and renovation to meet basic guest standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the needed improvements for future guests.

The location is very good, beside the bus station and near the metro and City Center Mall with Carrefour. The price is good for a family, but there were no towels, and the toilets need more cleaning.

The room was great, fully furnished, and super cool. I stayed on the 4th floor in room 411, and the washroom was good too. Staff were super cool and would come to the room within five minutes if I needed anything. I’d been working in the UAE for two years before finding this hotel, and I loved it. I checked in on 5 July between 2 pm and 8 pm and checked out on 6 July at 11:30. When I asked reception if I could stay until 1, they said it was okay, which worked well for me. Thank you for the warm welcome at new pennisula hotel. I recommend it and would definitely stay here again next time I’m around.

I’m still staying here, but it’s been uncomfortable. When I checked in, I found a used towel in the wardrobe, and it smelled really bad. I’m in room 202.
