The staff were mostly warm and helpful, and we enjoyed the facilities during a pleasant stay. A couple of cleanliness problems did stand out: there was a dead cockroach on the balcony, and one bathroom towel wasn't clean. I've attached photos. The repeated calls about checkout also felt disruptive and a bit much. I hope those issues are addressed.

Mohamed at reception made check-in easy and helped with our bags. He was professional, supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, the atmosphere relaxing, and the service was great. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel.

The staff really made this stay enjoyable. Everyone was approachable, attentive, and quick to help, and Dimpy deserves a special mention for her overwhelming support. The hotel is well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and food that had good variety and consistent taste. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and customer service. I was very satisfied and would recommend staying here.

Our second event at the Jeddah Ballroom at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai went really well. Shanya handled all the details, Elsa supported us during the event, and Amir and Chenaka did more than expected with the setup and IT. The food was delicious, and everything was organized from start to finish with attentive, smooth service. The team and venue were just what we needed. The location is convenient too, near the metro and the mall.
