I am a Dubai resident and booked a one-week stay at Nihal Hotel, Rigga, through your trip platform for two adults. My tourist guest's name was listed on the booking. At check-in, the staff asked for my guest's passport and took my residence visa. A few days ago, after we ordered dinner from outside, we returned together to the hotel lobby and entrance late at night. Staff then told me I couldn't enter the hotel premises because visitors were only allowed until 10:00 PM. We were shocked and humiliated. We had a confirmed reservation for two adults, yet we were made to feel like beggars, and my guest was left very uncomfortable. Reception (Mohammed) and the Duty Manager (Mr Ajaz) were unhelpful, careless, rude, and unprofessional, and wouldn't try to understand our situation. They showed no consideration or willingness to compromise. Instead, they said the booking was for one guest only and that I had to pay extra to enter. That is ridiculous and unacceptable when the booking clearly states two adults. I had to call Dubai Police (Tourist Police) for help. They advised me to make a formal report and share my experience. The treatment caused distress and inconvenience and ruined what was meant to be a comfortable stay. We are now planning to move to another hotel and request a full refund. We followed the rules and have valid documents to support the booking. Please investigate, take appropriate action regarding the staff involved, and process our refund as soon as possible.

I stayed one peaceful night at Nihal and really appreciated the care and comfort. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, just what I needed while I wasn't feeling well. The calm surroundings helped me rest and recover. Highly recommended if you want a comfortable place to stay.

The hotel has a small pool, rooftop area, and gym. My room had an old-fashioned bathtub and bathroom, which felt dated too. It's a very old, simple hotel, but reasonably priced for Dubai, and I actually like that older feel sometimes. To me, it adds to the vibe, though that's just my preference. There are lots of foreign workers living in the local area.

The room was extremely old and dirty, and there was mold and mildew in the bathrooms. Finding a parking spot may be difficult too. A nightclub on the first floor plays loud music until 4 am every day. From the fourth floor, I could hear the noise and feel the vibrations.

We stayed from October 17th to 22nd and loved it. The hotel itself was nice, and our room and beds were large. There was a refrigerator, though it kept switching off. The hotel was quiet, even though I had expected a lot of noise. Al Rigga metro station is a five-minute walk away. Breakfast was good, mostly Indian dishes. The hotel did have some downsides, and I hope they fix them. The staff were the best part for me, 10/10. Everyone was kind and ready to help in any situation, from receptionists and assistants to waiters. We'll definitely come back. Thank you!
