The pool is shaded for most of the day, which is a real plus when temperatures climb above 40°C. Pamela at Tala Café also stood out for her genuine care. She offered recommendations proactively and went the extra mile to make breakfast more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was decent, and housekeeping were friendly and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and about what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. My only issue was the shower temperature, which changed unexpectedly.

Aient from housekeeping did a wonderful job throughout our stay at Novotel Creekside Deira. Our room was consistently spotless, organized, and maintained to a high standard. He was attentive to every detail, professional and friendly, and always greeted us warmly. His effort to make sure we were comfortable made our stay more enjoyable. We’re grateful for his hard work and excellent service. Novotel is lucky to have such a dedicated team member, and we hope Aient gets the recognition he deserves. Highly recommended.

The room, facilities, and general surroundings were comfortable and well maintained, and I had a very pleasant stay. Jun, ayyppan and maureen were welcoming. They were friendly and professional, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. That personal attention is what sets a hotel apart. Shashi ayyapan and the rest of the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had great amenities. The pool was relaxing and well maintained, and the gym stayed clean and had good equipment. Check-in and check-out were quick, smooth, and hassle-free. A great choice for business or leisure, highly recommended.
