My room had a beautiful view of the iconic Burj Al Arab, and there's a great swimming pool for children, making this a good choice for families. The hotel was very clean, and the hospitality was remarkable. The staff were outstanding from the moment I arrived. Mr. Ahmed and Ms. Maryam at reception gave me a warm, professional welcome, and Sumitra from Room Service provided exceptional service. I'd gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The whole experience felt poorly organized, with very little basic customer care. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room and know exactly where I left them. Their location still shows them at the hotel. I emailed asking for help recovering them, but days later I still haven't had a reply. The bathroom was extremely cramped and smelled strongly of mold. It was hard to move around without bumping into something, so using it was uncomfortable. We'd paid reception for an extra night so we could check out later, but in the morning we were woken and told to leave. We explained we'd already paid, yet instead of an apology, they asked us to come down to reception to clarify. The issue was resolved only when staff checked their own computer and saw the payment. Nobody apologized, either on the phone or at reception. They just shifted the blame to a colleague who supposedly entered the booking incorrectly.

Joan's support made a meaningful difference to my stay. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and kept making sure things were handled promptly and efficiently.
