Getting deliveries to Ocena Residence is a frustrating mess. There’s nowhere for delivery riders to park, so we have to leave the vehicle far off and walk 200-500 meters to reach the entrances. I don’t even know how many towers there are, but that distance makes the work a nightmare. It feels like management gave no thought to delivery workers, and the planning is poor. The experience is infuriating and completely unacceptable. Management needs to address this immediately.

Living at Oceana feels really comfortable and relaxing, and the area around it feels very safe. The public pool has a nice view, though access is only for Oceana residents and hotel guests. I’d really recommend living here.

Living here has been a nightmare. Drilling and loud noise go on from morning until night, and it’s been nonstop for more than a year.

The place was so clean and tidy, and we really loved it. We had a wonderful couple of days and nights, with a great view of the harbour. Definitely worth a visit.
