My friends in Dubai keep choosing this place for spa days, brunches and staycations, even with the long drive, so they clearly trust it year after year. I’ve been here for three weeks to heal and recharge, and it’s started to feel like a peaceful, welcoming home whenever I step outside my room. The private beach is just a few steps away, with lovely pools nearby, and my room feels wonderfully secluded. The hotel’s warmth has mattered most while I’ve been dealing with turmoil, both personal and in the world. It felt just as welcoming when the hotel was busy as when things were quiet because of the war. So many people have looked after me that I can’t name everyone. Sujith helped with everything I could think of. Trey, Santosh, Hassan, Donald and others took care of me at the restaurants. Becky, Jonalyn, Maria and especially Purity, my massage queen, were wonderful. Vanessa, Andrew, Raoul, Abdullah and Ved helped around the lobby and pool, Peter was at Hydro, and Shaukat was my driver. I’ve forgotten other names, but those faces feel like friends now. Butch and Sol, you’ve built something special here, and it’s great to see your vision come together so beautifully.

From check-in through checkout, Ahmed in the Front Office Department went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He worked incredibly hard and deserves a special thank you. The whole team was welcoming and genuinely caring, and the facilities were impressive and well looked after. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.

The beach team noticed us as we walked past, arranged sunbeds and brought water without us having to ask. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping, was lovely. We stayed in a booking suite with a private pool, and the service was great throughout. Mr. Ian helped us from the moment we arrived and smoothly handled our requests through whatsapp. At Zest restaurant, Joanne was warm and attentive, and we had a really nice chat. Ms Vaneesa gave me a small keepsake at checkout, and Salma made the checkout so quick I was ready to leave in under a minute. We’ll be back. I’d recommend trying the one bedroom villa with poil or the two bedroom villa with private pool and direct beach access.

Quamar welcomed us so kindly at 101 restaurant and kept checking that we were comfortable. She was polite, professional and had such a positive attitude. The food was delicious, and the service made our visit even better. We had a lovely time, and we’ll definitely come again.

It’s so quiet and peaceful here, with clear water, beautiful views and grounds that feel almost like the Maldives because the city is a distance away. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the breakfasts were delicious. Staff were very attentive, and the rooms and bathrooms felt huge and wonderfully relaxing. Highly recommended.
