The handmade birthday card and lovely cake were such thoughtful surprises, and they really made the celebration feel personal. The team at La Baie looked after us from the moment we arrived, with warm hospitality from La and Cherry and attentive service from Adrithi throughout. We especially enjoyed the drinks. Jagen made a great Espresso Martini and Negroni, and Aaron’s recommendations, bartending, and engaging personality added to the evening. The food was excellent too. We chose La Baie for a birthday and left with wonderful memories. Thanks to everyone for making it so special. We’d love to come back.

Our favorite quiet moments so far have been on our little terrace, having our first coffee in the morning. The surroundings and peaceful atmosphere make it a lovely part of the vacation. We’re still by the pool, enjoying our stay, and wanted to share how welcome and cared for we’ve felt here. The pools are clean and well looked after, with plenty for children to do. Our child has especially enjoyed collecting stamps at different hotel facilities and getting a reward at the end. It’s a fun, thoughtful activity that makes them feel included. Our room has everything we need, and the fresh fruit and cakes waiting for us were a sweet welcome. The staff have helped create a warm, relaxing atmosphere, and the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail have all made this a memorable family stay.

We went for afternoon tea and really enjoyed the delicious tea, food choices, and relaxed atmosphere. My friend is vegetarian, and there were some great options for her, which can be hard to find with afternoon tea. The service was lovely too. Would definitely recommend.

Afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge was such a nice experience. Simran made it feel personal with her warm, sincere manner, and she paid close attention to what we liked.
