Opera Grand 2BR - Downtown

The view is nice and the place is comfortable. Reception staff are friendly, and the guards and housekeeping staff are kind too.

Opera Grand Downtown Dubai is in a great spot, close to major attractions, restaurants and public transport. The apartment had good amenities and a peaceful feel, which made the stay even nicer. I booked through Whitesage Holiday Homes, and their short-stay service was professional and excellent. The apartment was clean, well maintained and comfortable, suitable for a short visit or a longer stay. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed place in Downtown Dubai.

The refund was handled terribly after the booking was cancelled. Although the cancellation was their fault, it took repeated follow-ups just to get updates, and the process was delayed and poorly managed. Communication was unprofessional and unhelpful, with no sign of accountability or concern for guests. The cancellation came at the very last minute, without a proper explanation or consideration for the disruption. We were left without accommodation on short notice, and our plans were thrown off, causing unnecessary stress during the trip. The whole experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

For six days of our Dubai holiday, we stayed at Opera Grand. The apartment was modern and clean, and the location was ideal, right by Dubai opera in the centre of Dubai Downtown. The pool was nice for the kids, though it stayed shaded for most of the day and only got sun for a couple of hours. From the fourth floor we had a wow of a view straight to Burj Khalifa and Fountains. We could sit on the balcony each evening and watch the Fountains show. Highly recommend this place.
