The pool and gym are in fantastic shape, though they're shared with three other buildings. I recently bought an apartment here and upgraded it; the attached photos show it after the work. Al Alka 1, formerly called SKAI Residency, is on 5th Street and has recently been handed back to EMAAR. It used to be owned and run by a private firm, with rooms available by the day. Of the buildings in Old Greens, this is hands down the best maintained, with the lobby and shared areas in impeccable condition. I absolutely adore this particular street. It's much quieter, has easy access in and out, and is close to all kinds of amenities.
