The rooms are extremely small, and nearby hotels in Deira offer more space for much less. With the poor quality here, the rates feel far too high, so there was no value for money for me. The price had been clearly provided beforehand, and we were specifically told to come and pay when we stayed. At check-in, the receptionist confirmed and agreed to that price. Later, though, it was changed without a valid reason. When we raised this with the manager, he bragged about the hotel's 3 stars instead of dealing with the issue professionally. The rating had nothing to do with the pricing problem and didn't excuse what felt like dishonest, unethical treatment. Bad management and poor customer handling. Avoid this hotel if you want honest pricing and basic professionalism.

The traffic around the Market Area can build up and create risks for pedestrians, so watch where you're walking or moving around. For a budget stay, this is one of the better finds among Dubai's OYO hotels. The rooms are decent and the hospitality is nice. There are several nightclubs with live entertainment, dance floors, food, and drinks for relaxing late in the evening. It suits people with plans during the day who mainly need a place to rest at night.

The service was very bad, and I'm shocked by how it went. I visited last night, and the hotel had parking everywhere, but charged me 50 dharam without mentioning it on the booking page. Once I was in the room, the receptionist called and asked me to pay the 50 dhRam right then. I was eating and asked if I could pay after an hour, but he said I should pay now. The room also had no slippers, no big towel, no TV channels, and no good Wi-Fi. It was a very bad experience in my life, and I won't visit again. If you need money, mention all the charges together.

The room felt very poor, and the floor was completely wet. It hadn't been cleaned enough, and hotel services cost a hefty amount. A 2AED Coke costs 20AED, so if you want something to drink, go get it yourself.
