Our guests enjoyed the tasty food at the hotel, and many shared positive feedback about it without even being asked. On 28.9.2025 we hosted a baby shower in the hall of Smana hotel, and the staff arranged everything wonderfully. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and polite, and the catering department was top notch. Thank you, Smana hotel, for making such a special moment memorable for us and our guests. Great job, keep it up!

The WiFi is my one real issue. It isn’t password protected, and it’s slow, especially if you use a VPN for protection. There’s also noise from the club. The hotel itself is pretty clean, with clean rooms, polite staff, and free parking.

Good day. I’m Malinda Daswatte from Srilanka, staying in room 418. I work as a Seaman for Dynamic Marine Service s. Your service is excellent and the customer care is very good. I hope Smana hotel becomes the most beautiful hotel in Dubai, with more facilities.

The staff and service were excellent, and I had no other issues with the building. The shower did have a small leak that didn't drain enough water, so it took a while to finish showering. The hotel is also a long way from the main airport and Dubai's main sights.

I put some belongings I no longer needed in the hotel's storage room because I trusted them. When I left, I didn't check whether anything was missing. Two weeks later, I went to use the new cosmetics I'd stored there and found some of my things gone. I contacted the hotel, but they responded with mockery and ridicule. Now I remember.
