Palm Beach Hotel

The room and bathroom were in awful shape. It smelled strongly of cigarettes, had stains everywhere, worn furniture, and no upkeep. The washroom was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. The reception manager, Sandeep, made things worse. When we complained, he was arrogant and rude, with no concern, apology, or attempt to help. His attitude was completely unprofessional for someone at the front desk. This hotel needs serious management attention. The hygiene and service were unacceptable, and I wouldn't spend money or peace of mind staying here.

The bathtub wasn't clean and the bed didn't seem properly maintained, so the room hygiene was unacceptable. Service was just as bad. The receptionist was rude, unwelcoming, and seemed more focused on showing attitude than doing his job. Even simple requests got disrespectful responses that made me feel like I didn't know basic things. Poor service and cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I only stayed a few hours before checking out early. I arrived late and was exhausted from a long flight, so I felt I had no choice but to put up with the room long enough to sleep. The price was far too high for the facilities and upkeep, and I strongly advise against staying here. There was dust everywhere, cockroaches and small insects crawling around, and the bedding smelled musty, as if it had already been used. The bathroom was filthy, with black mold or grime visible in the sink and shower. A suffocating air freshener smell hit me when I entered, so I aired the room out right away and kept the window partly open throughout my stay.
