HiGuests - Amna Tower

I’ve lived here for two years, and I think it’s the best place to be in Dubai. The area is new and serviced, with everything right under your tower. I love it.

This is one of my favorite apartments in Dubai, and I really appreciate the Habtoor team. Compared with other projects, the quality is very good, and families get a lot of privacy and facilities. The view and the amount of space are hard to match. I’ve lived in Business Bay for almost 11 years and tried many places, including Emaar properties. I don’t understand why some people criticize it. A security guard issue shouldn’t define the quality of an apartment; that one problem could be fixed with proper training. Every apartment has small issues, and nothing is perfect. With proper service, these problems wouldn’t arise.

Please let food delivery riders use the main lift. I’ve been waiting 38 minutes, and there’s only one service lift. Please check how long people have to wait for it.

The apartment has lovely space and views, and the pool area is amazing. But it’s very hard to get help with maintenance, the AC is loud, and there’s only one gym for three towers. Kids need designated play areas too, instead of having to use the entrances and walkways.
