Palm Beachfront Estate Sunset Atlantis views

Our staycation at Atlantis, The Palm was wonderful. We had a great time with family and friends and made lovely memories, and we’ll definitely come back. Everything was excellent. Mr. Monaf, the Manager, deserves special thanks for his hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Dana from front desk was also kind and supportive throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

The kids room was huge, clean, and not overcrowded. My kids didn’t want to leave it. The breakfast and lunch buffets had a very good choice, and the staff, from reception to room cleaning, were brilliant. They were so helpful and did whatever we asked right away. The hotel is old, yes, but it’s very well maintained and kept under strict control. Just amazing, the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Thanks for everything!

Kaushi, the floor manager, and Sandeep, our housekeeper, made a real difference for our family. They looked after the kids, noticed the little things, and surprised them with goodies and small souvenirs. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness. We had a wonderful family staycation at Atlantis The Palm. The rooms were spotless, and everyone on staff was helpful, efficient, and ready to assist with a smile. Thanks to the whole team for making such special memories. We’ll definitely be back.

The only thing I’d change is the music by the kids’ pool. It got a bit loud at times and didn’t quite fit the tropical, playful feel. Upbeat island-style music might suit it better. We had a great family stay at Atlantis The Palm. The water park was beautiful and fun, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and room service was excellent. Breakfast had an impressive range, and everything we tried was delicious. Staff, from security to the room service crew, welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home. Thanks to the whole team.
