The surrounding street and nearby areas are left with dust clumps, dirt, and debris for long stretches, and the building itself is consistently dirty. Cockroaches are regularly seen around the premises, pointing to serious sanitation and oversight problems. Residents pay substantial service fees, but the cleanliness and maintenance fall well below an acceptable level. Floors seem rarely cleaned, if at all. The cleaning machine goes around the parking area with its brushes raised, so it does not appear to clean anything. Management needs to address pest control and keep both the property and its surroundings properly maintained.

The apartment met our expectations, and we eventually got in without any further problems. But at arrival, security took about an hour to approve access, even though we had handed over our Emirates IDs and the host had shared all the required documents with building management in advance. Security said they were still “verifying” the details. Our host confirmed everything had already been submitted, yet nothing moved for quite a while. We had important commitments, so the delay disrupted our schedule, especially since we expected check-in to go smoothly with the requirements already met. Since access was ultimately granted without extra issues, it seems everything had been in order from the start. We hope management improves coordination and response times at the security desk for future guests.

There’s something for everyone, with lots of shops and grocery stores and a huge park right outside. The tram is just a 2 minute walk away and goes straight to Atlantis. Love it!!! 😍
