I was told a sauna bath would be included for 250 AED, but it never happened. The staff member just disappeared. They also charged 150 AED upfront at the entrance, which already felt misleading. My massage lasted less than 15 minutes, which I found completely unacceptable. This place came across as highly unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly advise people to avoid it, and I’ll be raising a formal complaint with Dubai Police.

I’m in room 409, and at 1 am a cleaner woke me up to ask whether I wanted my room cleaned. I’d been asleep and need to get up at 6:30 am for an online meeting. I called reception to complain. The person there seemed to acknowledge what had happened and said the cleaner wanted to check because I hadn’t requested cleaning for days. Of course I hadn’t, I’m out working all the time. What did they need to check? I was so angry. Is this the proper way to treat a guest? I need a reasonable explanation and a solution from the hotel. I hate having to text about this, but I don’t know how to reach the Admin & Sales Manager because the mobile number isn’t on WhatsApp, and I’m hardly ever at the hotel.

I arranged a luggage drop through Bounce, and the whole process went very smoothly. The staff were accommodating and extremely helpful. Kudos to people who go out of their way to help others.

I had laser treatment on my underarms, and the service was good with good results. I also had other things done for my body. The results have been good for me, so I’d recommend it 100 percent.
