Park Apartments Dubai, an Edge by Rotana Hotel

I stayed in the apartment a few times, including with a big family group over the Eid break. Alaa, Ismail, and the whole team were professional, kind, and friendly, and made our time really enjoyable. Alaa from guest reception also showed real integrity. After checking out, I realized I’d left a small bag with my passport, important IDs, credit cards, and a large sum of money. Before I had time to panic, Alaa called to say it was safe and waiting for me. I came back a few hours later, and everything was there. If you want a hotel where you can trust the staff, this is the place. Thank you to Alaa and everyone for looking after us so well.

We’ve been living in the apartments for nearly 10 months, and our experience with the place and staff has been faultless. Nagarajan and Htet always leave the apartment spotless, and Afrar at reception is always smiling. I can fully recommend these apartments as a great place to live. Thanks, everyone.

I’m extremely happy with Chandra’s work. He cleans thoroughly without needing to be asked, and I’ve never had a complaint. You can tell he takes care with the job, almost as if he were cleaning his own home. He’s professional, very clean, and kind to everyone.

The room was left spotless, fresh, and well organized. Htet was polite and professional, and paid close attention to detail. I’m very satisfied with the room cleaning service.
