The reception team was friendly, and there’s a supermarket right next door. Trams, cafes, and restaurants are nearby too, with Dubai Marina Mall only a few minutes’ walk away. Cove beach, a public beach, is about a convenient 10-minute walk. The rooms were great, and the building was clean and organized. It has outdoor pools with sun beds, a gym, steam room, and sauna. A great place for residential housing, and I’d recommend staying here.
There are two large supermarkets in the neighboring towers, plus a medium-sized one on the ground floor of Botanica tower. The tower’s pool and GYM are excellent, and reception staff are very friendly. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and Jbr walk is a lovely place to spend time. I stayed here on holiday and found it very convenient for getting around, with international restaurants and 5star hotels nearby.
Most apartments have lovely views of the sea, marina, or Dubai Harbour. I went to the beach every day, since JBR beach is just a stone’s throw away. Botanica tower is one of Select Group’s quality towers, with a central location and great maintenance. The building management was amazing and helpful. Living here as a tenant has been one of my best experiences in dubai. Highly recommend!
Botanica is one of my favorite buildings. There are studios, 1 Br and 2 br apartments, plus 5 Br penthouse and Duplex options. I always have plenty of apartments available for sale or rent. Happy to assist. Alex +971 55 66 21 503
I’ve been here for six months, and the maintenance and service have both been good. My apartment is quite clean and has a sea view. The only downside is the swimming pool, which feels a little small.
