I'm back for my second stay, and the staff made it especially nice. Zaynab looked after me kindly and professionally, was welcoming and friendly, and made everything smooth. The rest of the team were also ready to help with questions and greeted guests with a smile. They responded quickly to concerns, which made me feel comfortable and valued. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, and the bed was cozy. On my first stay, my room faced the motor side, and the noise from the tracks and motors made sleeping a bit difficult at night, since the hotel is in Motor City. When I told the team, they immediately offered a quieter city-view room. I appreciated that, though I chose not to move. The stay still felt relaxing and comfortable.

Umair was especially professional and kind during dinner, and the staff made us feel well cared for throughout. We had an excellent stay at Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City. It's clean, comfortable and welcoming for families. Dinner was amazing, with good quality food and a pleasant atmosphere. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily return.

The food was the best part for me personally. Restaurant staff member Mr.Umar suggested dishes to suit what I wanted. Mr.Amr, Miss.Jane & Miss Zayanb gave good service and guidance. The location was convenient and the hotel was good value for the price. It was a pleasant stay, and I'll consider staying here again.

Breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly with excellent service. Partick and Umair were helpful, kept checking on us, and offered whatever we needed. Jane at reception recognized me right away and brought cold water when I came in red-faced from the hot day and long drive. It's the best hotel for me. The location is well connected, everything nearby is walkable, and the rooms are nice with a track view.

Asma from housekeeping made sure our room stayed spotlessly clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, regular sheet changes and cold water when my wife was sick. She even left kind notes wishing us a happy stay and my wife a speedy recovery. That thoughtful service made our week at the Park Inn a very nice stay. My wife and I were there for a week in January 2026. The room was spacious, full of light and good value for money.
