Park View Tower

I’ve been a long-term tenant, and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this building. Management kept creating obstacles during my move-in and was completely unhelpful and disrespectful. I’m planning to sue the company. Are there other residents who want to join me? We could put together a class action.

Avoid renting from Silverlake Apartments. If negative stars were possible, that’s what I’d give. This has been a shocking, nightmare experience, and I urge people to stay away. The apartment was uninhabitable, with serious leaks and dampness that went unrepaired despite repeated complaints. A major water infiltration set off the fire alarm while we were at work, but management didn’t tell us. We learned about it hours later. I found that negligent and dangerous. Living there became impossible, so we decided to leave. Management then pressured us to pay a two-month early termination penalty, even though we believe the situation was their fault. When we refused, they cut our electricity, water, and air conditioning in the middle of summer, without notice, warning, or legal process. In my view, this violated Dubai tenancy laws, which prohibit landlords from disconnecting utilities or harassing tenants to force payment. The tenancy contract also appeared legally invalid to us: it had no Ejari registration or number, and no official contract number. I believe that means it has no legal weight under Dubai law and shows a lack of professionalism and ethics. They ignored maintenance requests, put our safety at risk, and treated us with total disrespect. The experience caused extreme stress, sleepless nights, and serious physical and emotional strain. It’s shocking to me that a company can operate this way without consequences. Don’t rent from them or trust them. Don’t put yourself, your family, or your pets through this. You deserve better than this dangerous and unethical management.

The peaceful Jumeirah Village Circle neighborhood was convenient for everyday needs, with grocery stores, cafes, salons, and parks nearby. Major roads and business hubs were also easy to reach by car, even though the area itself was quiet. I spent six months in Park View Tower, and the living experience exceeded my expectations. The furnished apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything I needed, from modern kitchen appliances to cozy, high-quality furniture. It felt like home from day one and was ready to move into. The building was clean, secure, and professionally maintained, with a well-equipped gym, beautiful swimming pool, sauna, rooftop terrace, covered parking, and 24/7 security. The friendly staff were always ready to help, which made daily life stress-free. Management was seamless too, from quick maintenance and smooth check-in and check-out to the quiet atmosphere. I highly recommend Park View Tower if you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, well-managed apartment in Dubai. It was one of my best rental experiences.

I lived here for a year, and please don’t move into this building. Silverlake management is the worst. You’ll have a lot of trouble here. They never help with anything and try to charge you for everything.
