Getting to the hotel by taxi or Subway was straightforward, and I enjoyed being in the relatively new Al-Jaddaf neighbourhood. The waterfront is an easy walk for a run or to catch the sunrise. My stay was pleasant and comfortable, and good value. The breakfast had a decent range of food, with nice staff and good, unsweetened Chai Masala. Everyone I met was pleasant and accommodating. The 24-hour gym had enough equipment for a short stay. On my third day, Thet arranged my room efficiently and was polite, always smiling.

'Was clean and comfy, and it was easy to enjoy our stay. The place has a welcoming atmosphere and good vibes. The whole team was helpful, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. The staff were genuinely kind, especially Khier and Lokendra. They helped make the stay comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. Thank you to everyone.

Ali Abbas from housekeeping at Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf made my stay especially pleasant. He was hardworking, polite, and always greeted me with a genuine smile. My room stayed clean, organized, and comfortable, and his professionalism and attention to detail really showed. Ali regularly went above and beyond. It's rare to meet someone so dedicated, and he's a real asset to the hotel. Thanks, Ali, for such great service. I'd gladly return and recommend the hotel to others.

John made the visit even more enjoyable. He was friendly, very helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were professional. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

We checked out today from room 440, and getting around the city was easy thanks to the hotel's location near a metro station. It was also convenient to book excursions right at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and everything went smoothly throughout our stay. We had a perfect time and would definitely recommend the hotel.
