Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel

After we filed a formal complaint, the hotel refused it and sent us back to the booking platform, although the problem was clearly about the hotel's own service. Their response after checkout was just as disappointing as the stay. In its reply to this review, the hotel said the problem had been addressed, but the noise continued every night despite several security interventions. The offer to move rooms came at 00:40 on our last night, far too late for a family with a small child. Complimentary dining doesn't make up for five sleepless nights. We paid for somewhere quiet and comfortable, and that basic service wasn't delivered. My wife, our 2-year-old daughter, and I stayed five nights. There wasn't a single restful one: nightclub music, parties, people running along the corridors, and doors slamming went on until 3-4 AM every night. We complained to reception several times, and security intervened more than once, but nothing fixed it. The rooms were also very small for a family, and the furniture looked worn and damaged for the price and standard we expected. For us, the value was poor, and there are many quieter, more comfortable hotels in Dubai. Sadly, I wouldn't consider this suitable for families with children.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well looked after, which made the visit relaxing. Waseem and Ahmed were friendly and professional, always willing to help and greeting me with a smile. Team Leader Abdul also deserves special thanks for his leadership and support, which showed in the whole team's service. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the place. I look forward to coming back.

The hotel was clean, and the facilities were acceptable, though the stay felt average overall. Reception could be more welcoming, since that first impression matters. I know requests can't always be granted, but when the answer is no, it would help if staff declined more politely. Better hospitality and communication could make the guest experience much better.
