There’s a lovely park right by the building, plus several great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Dubai Hills Mall is about a fifteen minute walk, and the view of the Burj Khalifa is great. It’s a lovely place to live in Dubai so far. I almost want to keep this area a secret, but it really is great.

There’s a community park behind these lovely Emaar buildings. I love seeing Emaar’s projects once they’re complete, and there’s always something new to find in the area.

The building is well maintained and makes for a comfortable living environment, with excellent community amenities. Executive Residence in Dubai Hills Estate has modern, well-designed apartments and quality finishes.

Things keep breaking, leaking, or failing to work, which makes living here unbearable, especially with staff who are unresponsive and unprofessional. Management and security provide no support or information, shifting every responsibility to Emaar and seeming unable or unwilling to handle anything themselves. They also bring in new rules each month without telling residents in advance, and demand payment multiple times for the same services. This is the worst management company and security team I’ve dealt with.
