There’s plenty going on in both JBR and Marina, so it’s a great place to live, especially for young people. The apartments are spacious, well laid out, and have panoramic views all around. The entrances need an upgrade to match places like Shams in JBR, and the bad smell inside doesn’t help the building’s appeal. Those are minor downsides overall.

The night shift security guards at the parking entrances were very rude and disrespectful, especially Faheem and the guard with him, as well as the one at the M level parking entrance. They’re a long way from being staff who should be serving visitors to a place in Dubai City, and in “JBR” 👎🏻

The residences are spacious and have nice views, and the location is good. The entrances aren’t maintained very well and feel less fresh than many other places in Dubai. There’s also a smell in the parking area.
