Radiance Premium Suites

The checkout left us feeling accused and embarrassed. We asked for help with our bags, but housekeeping came to inspect the apartment in unusual detail and questioned us about pillows and dining room furniture. We had stayed just one night and left the place in the same excellent condition it was in when handed over. Earlier, our two-bedroom apartment had a strong cigarette smell throughout, including the beds, furniture, and every room. Neither my friend nor I smoke. Booking offered no way to request a non-smoking apartment, and nobody asked about our preference at check-in. The ID check took around 10 minutes, then at 6:28 PM the hotel called to say our ID hadn't been scanned correctly and asked me to come back. I returned at 11:30 PM, and it took another 7 minutes. Radiance Premium Suites Hotel Apartment didn't live up to the standard its name suggests. The disorganization, poor room condition, repeated ID problems, and accusatory checkout made the stay very unpleasant and fell far below acceptable hospitality standards.

This hotel no longer feels family friendly to me. Visitors aren't allowed, even for a short time, so guests who want to see relatives or friends can't really socialize here. When we last stayed in 2022, visitors were allowed, but the policy has changed since then. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone hoping to spend time with guests.

The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help, and the location made getting around easy, with shops, restaurants, and public transport close by. Our apartment was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a relaxed, convenient stay.

Abu, the security guard, was attentive, respectful, and always willing to help. George/Gorge at reception was also incredibly kind and considerate. She made us feel welcome from the start, then handled a particularly challenging situation calmly and efficiently, with real care. Her patience and positive attitude made it much easier to manage. Their support turned what could have been a difficult experience into a positive memory.
