It may not be the family atmosphere some are looking for. I would avoid booking during public holidays, festive periods, and peak vacation seasons, when it seems to get overcrowded and staff may struggle to provide the expected service. If you want a comfortable, family-friendly, well-managed stay, I'd consider other options. My own visit was disappointing for a hotel of this category. Check-in took about 40 minutes after my journey, and the breakfast restaurant was packed the next morning, with long queues and a waiting list just to get a table. The room wasn't clean to the expected standard, with signs that housekeeping hadn't done a thorough job. Valet parking was unavailable at night. When I raised it with the duty manager, I was told the hotel was fully booked. I understand full occupancy happens, but guests still expect the services they pay for. It felt like the hotel had taken on more guests than it could serve effectively, leading to waits, crowds, and weaker service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements.

Sean makes my coffee just right and always has it ready on time, with no delays. He's friendly, welcoming, and professional, and his smile makes each visit pleasant. The coffee and customer service are excellent. Sean is number one, and I'd recommend coming to try his coffee.

I came looking for a petite dejeuner. The downstairs option couldn't fully accommodate me, and upstairs there was only a buffet, which wasn't what I needed. Alice and Sean at the entrance made a few calls and sorted it out fast. They understood, acted quickly, and solved it. They made my day. Thank you so much.

The staff were excellent, all extremely kind and helpful, and the hotel is good value for money. It's a good location, not too far from the Burj Khalifa. The spacious rooms were very clean, though the dark wood furnishings aren't really my taste. Construction on the adjacent skyscraper made the room noisy. A good choice for a short stay.
