Getting around Dubai was easy from here, with BurJuman Metro Station nearby and access to both the Red and Green Lines. BurJuman Mall is a short walk away, and there are plenty of nearby places for tea, snacks, and meals. The hotel also has a restaurant, restobar, and nightclub, so there are options without going out. My room was clean and kept in good shape, and housekeeping was consistently good. Thanks to Sachin Mehra for the attention to detail. At reception, Anjali and Jyothi were always welcoming and ready to help. It was a pleasant stay for the price, and I found the hotel clean, affordable, and suitable for a short or longer visit.

The room service and housekeeping team were friendly and professional, and the room was cleaned really well. The reception team also made a great impression, especially Arjali, whose professionalism and customer service stood out. Shameer was welcoming too and ready to help whenever I needed something. I had a very good stay at The Raviz Hotel, with helpful, welcoming staff throughout.

The Taste of India Restaurant inside the hotel was the highlight for me. The Indian food was authentic and full of flavor. Ms Grace was so welcoming, and the service was impeccable. The rooms were beautiful, the location is prime, and the hospitality was exceptional. Can’t wait to come back!

Prem from housekeeping kept the room clean and in good shape, making sure everything was refilled. Shameer from Concierge was always smiling, warm, and friendly, and got us what we needed. Really good service at Raviz.
